Residents of Volgograd are reporting network access issues en masse. The outages have affected at least the Voroshilovsky and Krasnooktyabrsky districts. All complaints point to one major telecommunications operator, which primarily serves private homes and garden non-commercial partnerships.
One subscriber confirmed the scale of the problem:
«The outage is so severe that it»s impossible to even get through to support right now.«
Media representatives were also unable to contact the technical assistance service. A call was answered by a voice assistant that reported an accident and then disconnected the call.
The provider«s automated response stated:
«Currently, the company»s services are temporarily unavailable due to an equipment failure. Restoration will occur as soon as possible.«
To clarify the circumstances and timelines for fixing the issues, journalists have sent an official request to the company«s email address.
