The concert by the orchestra Muse, which residents of Primorsky Krai previously accused of fraud, has been announced again in another Primorsky city – Artyom. However, when purchasing tickets, the event address turns out to be different – Griboyedov St., 1, Bulanash in Sverdlovsk Oblast. A resident of Artyom told VLADIVOSTOK1.RU that she managed to buy tickets before realizing something was amiss and is now trying to get her money back.

The website poster initially advertised the concert in Artyom before the venue error was noticed.

It all started with an online advertising banner for «Candlelight Concert MUSE», with the venue indicated as: Artyom, Palace of Culture of Coal Miners, Lenin Square, 15, date: 7 March at 19:00.

The Qtickets platform handled the sale and distribution of the electronic concert tickets.

Bulanash is an urban-type settlement in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, located in the Artyomovsky urban district, approximately 100 km northeast of Yekaterinburg. At Griboyedov St., 1, there is also a Palace of Culture of Coal Miners.

All information about the group and concerts is posted on the museshow website, but for purchasing, people are redirected to Qtickets. The interviewee shared that she did not immediately notice the difference in hall locations, possibly because she hadn«t been to the Palace of Culture herself for a long time, and calmly selected seats before paying for the purchase.

«Apparently, ticket sales had just started, and they mistakenly inserted the wrong hall. I took screenshots from the website after buying the tickets, when I was trying to figure out why the wrong address was listed. An email comes about ticket reservation, with a link to payment. Here, nothing seems suspicious, 7 March, »World Hits | Artyom«, everything as it should be. I pay for the tickets, and I receive an email with attached electronic tickets in PDF, which already show a completely different address, which immediately alarmed me,» the Primorsky resident said.

This ticket is marked as sold and existing on the purchase website, but with a note: «the service cannot guarantee that the ticket is transferred only to you.»

On the same day, she immediately wrote to the support of the ticket sales website at the indicated address, but a response came only after 5 days. The service reported that the event is indeed taking place in «Bulanash», and to get a refund, she needs to write to the organizer.

«Around this time, the advertising banners for these concerts disappear from the internet, apparently correcting errors with the venues. I later checked their website, and they had already changed the incorrect hall to the corresponding Palace of Culture in Artyom. On 20 January, I wrote to the organizer to get my money back, and only after 6 days did they finally respond, asking me to attach documents, including a copy of the passport page with a photo. I sent all the documents,» the girl continued.

Two days later, banners for the Muse concert appeared again, prompting the Artyom resident to write an online complaint to Rospotrebnadzor. And on 29 January, she received a letter from the organizers themselves, who said: «Good day! Thank you for your inquiry! We have already accepted your application and sent it for consideration. As soon as we have news, we will immediately contact you. Have a good day and great mood!»

The girl sent a pre-trial claim to both the orchestra and the ticket sales website. At the time of publication, this concert was still being advertised at the same address and time, but on the purchased tickets, everything was corrected; now the information corresponds to the declared Palace of Culture in Artyom.

Residents of Primorsky Krai have already accused the Muse orchestra of fraud: they bought tickets for a concert that did not take place due to the organizer«s fault, but now the money is not being returned. The organizers deleted complaints in their Telegram channel, closed comments on official platforms, and have not made contact.

On a call to the indicated contacts then and now, an answering machine responds, offering only to leave a message, but no one calls back. The concert was supposed to take place in January, but a day before, viewers were informed that it was postponed «for technical reasons». After the holidays, the organizers stopped making contact.

Online, the «Muse» orchestra is known for its unique ability to perform simultaneously in different cities, as confirmed by their concert schedule on the website. During the New Year holidays, the group gave a series of performances across the country, but not everywhere did they take place or take place as expected.

On the group«s website, it says that refunds are regulated by the terms of the offer. Thus, if the concert cancellation is related to war, disaster, force majeure, »illness or injury of any of the performers or a key team member« or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the money is not refunded. No sample refund application is provided.

Similar concert cancellations on the same day occurred in other cities, although the shows were initially scheduled for the same time. The concert organizer is registered officially, however, according to viewers, does not maintain contact with the public or venues. Some victims suggest that this is part of a pre-planned scheme, and rare concerts are held to create the appearance of active work.
