All you need for preparation: mushrooms, salt and peppercorns for the brine, currant and horseradish leaves, garlic, tomato.
«We»re making pickled mushrooms. First, wash and soak in water for a day. After that, clean and rinse again. Put them in a pot. Small ones whole, large ones cut into pieces,« says the blogger. »Now make the brine. Five tablespoons of salt per three liters of water, and pour it in. Added peppercorns, put on the heat and after boiling, cook for 15 minutes. Don«t forget to stir occasionally. Now take a wooden barrel. Lay down currant and horseradish leaves. A bit of garlic. Pour in our mushrooms, cover with cold brine. Close it, and put in a cool place for 7 days. A week has passed, we serve the mushrooms. Sliced some garlic, poured tomato juice.
