On January 31, classes for schoolchildren in Murmansk institutions have been canceled. This was announced by Murmansk Mayor Ivan Lebedev.
Lebedev also said that an operational headquarters has been set up in the city administration.
«We are compiling a list of support points for residents in areas cut off from power supply. I will publish it soon,» the mayor said.
