Tyumen to get creative business cluster with traditional values

The future creative cluster is set to occupy a building on Krasina Street in central Tyumen.

The first creative cluster for entrepreneurs in Russia will appear at 7 Krasina Street. This was announced by Alexei Kraev, head of the Tyumen Agency for Creative Industries Development (TARKI), during a business meeting.

«A reference to the presidential decree on traditional values. They are very understandable and resonate with everyone: family, patriotism, collective labor, and others. The cluster, on one hand, is for business, only for creative entrepreneurs who are developing and selling products. On the other hand, we won»t accept everyone, only entrepreneurs who uphold clear values. These values are shared by absolutely everyone,« said the head of TARKI.

The cluster will be called «809». This numbering matches the presidential decree of November 2022 «Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values».
The exact opening dates for the new location are still unknown. The rules for entering the cluster are expected to be announced in February.
