Plans to create the country«s first creative cluster for entrepreneurs were announced by Alexey Kraev, head of the Tyumen Agency for the Development of Creative Industries (TARKI). The new space will occupy premises at Krasina Street, building 7.

«It’s a reference to the presidential decree on traditional values. They are very clear and resonate with everyone: family, patriotism, collective labor, and others. The cluster is, on one hand, for business, only for creative entrepreneurs who are developing and selling a product. On the other hand, we will not accept everyone, only entrepreneurs who espouse clear values. These values are shared by absolutely all people,» explained the head of TARKI.

The cluster will be named «809.» This numerical combination corresponds to the number of the Russian presidential decree from November 2022, «Foundations of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.»
The exact start date for the venue has not yet been determined. The conditions for entrepreneurs to become residents of the cluster are expected to be announced in February.
