Pulkovo Airport denies accusations of discrimination against the airline Pobeda, which were reported on January 23. On the same day, the court issued a decision confirming the absence of violations, the airport«s press service stated.

The Supreme Court upheld a fine imposed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) on the operator of Pulkovo — LLC «Air Gates of the Northern Capital». However, the St. Petersburg City Court ruled on January 23 that the company cannot meet the demands presented by «U-T-G Holding». This service company is linked to Pobeda and it was the one that appealed to FAS. At the same time, the airport has no direct disputes with the low-cost carrier itself.

«Today, the operator of Pulkovo Airport won a lawsuit for compelling the conclusion of an infrastructure access agreement, filed by the service company U-T-G Holding, which services the airline Pobeda in a number of airports. We note that the proceedings on the merits of the case took place in the first instance and the court fully supported the position of Pulkovo Airport,» the airport«s press service reports.

Earlier, the publication Fontanka drew attention to reports of alleged discrimination against Pobeda.
