Restaurateur Andrey Pertsev has regained his stake in the Balagan food hall, located on the Petrograd Side of St. Petersburg. The corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on 26 January, confirming the return of a 20% share in the managing company Rodina Vkusa LLC to him.

The main owners remain Pavel Savchenko, who controls 60% of the business, and Nadezhda Trifonova with 20%. The situation is the result of a protracted shareholder dispute resolved through the courts.

In January 2025, a meeting of shareholders of Rodina Vkusa decided to seize Pertsev«s share, and in June of the same year, these shares were transferred to Vladimir Kuksin. Disagreeing with this, Pertsev initiated legal proceedings, demanding that the shareholders» actions be declared unlawful.

The court of first instance upheld the entrepreneur«s claim, and in late December 2025, an appellate court confirmed this decision. Thus, the shareholder meeting resolutions from January and June 2025 were declared invalid.

Previously, the Balagan food hall had already faced difficulties: at the beginning of the year, Rospotrebnadzor (Russia«s consumer rights watchdog) suspended its operations due to identified violations.
