Krasnoyarsk entrepreneur's store flooded by upstairs grocery

The store of famous Krasnoyarsk entrepreneur Ekaterina Gorchitsa was flooded by a grocery store from above. She reported this on her social media.
According to video footage, it concerns the store «Golden Autumn,» which is located on the first floor of the building, while Ekaterina«s store »Cartel&Beastia« is on the basement level of the same building.
Ekaterina says that she informed the employees of «Golden Autumn» about the leak that appears in their store—«Cartel&Beastia,» but they did not respond in any way.
«In principle, this situation is not new, in the sense that for a whole year we have been saying that something is dripping from them. They told us that they are solving something and now—last night it poured out. They apparently had some kind of burst,» says the Krasnoyarsk resident.
Due to the flood in the store, goods were damaged, the wall, and half of the store is literally without power because the wiring was flooded.
«What does »Golden Autumn« tell us? They say: »And we are not to blame, we have an owner who was supposed to fix all this and monitor it,« I say: »Well, by law it«s not quite like that, but okay,»« adds the entrepreneur.
Ekaterina added that they have already reported the flood to the management company. They, in turn, will come to draw up a damage report and try to find the location of the burst.
«This childish behavior always surprises me, when the problem was really »hanging in the air,« that is, it»s not like «Bang!» and it happened and now we are looking for someone to blame. No, «Golden Autumn» knew perfectly well that they had a problem, but for some reason they did not try to solve it in any way and now we have to deal with this.
We cannot work, we have damaged goods, we have damaged trade equipment and even repairs, and they «shift the blame» to some owner whom I don«t even know how to look for. In general, I»m starting to get angry little by little,« says the Krasnoyarsk resident.
