Two DUO coffee shop branches in Tyumen, located in the Goodwin and Crystal shopping centers, have stopped offering salads, sandwiches, and main courses. The full range is now limited to coffee, bottled water, and desserts, with cakes predominating.
Visitors to the establishments are still ordering coffee to go, with business continuing as usual.

Employees of the Tyumen coffee shops declined to comment on the reasons for the changes, citing franchise operations. «We do not give comments as we work on a franchise. All questions should be directed to Yekaterinburg. Here [in the Tyumen branches] everything is fine, we are working as usual,» representatives of the establishments said.
A probable reason for the menu reduction could be the incident of mass poisonings in coffee shops of the same chain in Yekaterinburg. In mid-January, visitors to several establishments complained of a sharp deterioration in health: severe vomiting, weakness, and chills.
According to the latest information, in Yekaterinburg, where the chain was founded, all DUO branches are currently closed. Sanitary inspectors are conducting an investigation, the results of which will be known later. The founders of the chain have not made any public comments on the situation.
