In Tyumen, the sale of the property complex of the Zarechye furniture factory has begun. The enterprise, which survived the post-war period, perestroika, and several economic crises, entered liquidation proceedings in November 2025 due to deteriorating affairs. The seller values the object at 170 million rubles (approximately $1.7 million at current rates).

«A large non-residential property complex in the central part of Tyumen, on Bolshaya Zarechnaya Street, is for sale. … It is an ideal solution for an investor, manufacturing company, or developer seeking a rare asset in the city,» according to the announcement.

The core of the offer is a capital building with an area of 10,000 square meters. According to the seller, it can be adapted for production, a modern warehouse, or a logistics hub. The complex also includes a separate historical building with an area of 1,000 square meters, which has the status of a cultural heritage site.

The author of the announcement emphasizes that the seller is ready for a quick closing of the deal, as all necessary documents have already been prepared.

Previously, the factory underwent layoffs, resulting in the dismissal of more than 50 employees. The stores selling Zarechye furniture were also closed. The layoffs were carried out in stages, but later the workers claimed that they were deceived upon dismissal and left without due payments.
