Tourists Call Japan a 'Magical Country,' Share Travel Costs
To visit Japan is like discovering a new planet. It paradoxically combines modern technology and ancient culture in a perfect way. A couple, Natalya and Sergey, traveled to Japan and told IRCITY.RU what to do there, what to see, and what to definitely try.
A couple shares their experience visiting several Japanese cities and details the expenses for their one-week trip.
«For me, it«s almost the perfect country for tourism. This was my seventh time there, and once again I was convinced how good I feel there», the woman says.
You can love Japan for the tact and delicacy of the locals, for the nature and atmosphere, and the maximum photogenicity of everything you see. But the main thing — it«s extremely convenient to get around Japan.
«A completely magical country with perfect transport. You can get anywhere, on almost anything. Transport always arrives on time, literally to the minute», shares Natalya.
During their week-long vacation, Natalya and Sergey managed to see Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, and Osaka. Natalya especially loves Kyoto for its originality and atmosphere.
«Low-rise houses, a very large number of temples — the whole atmosphere is of old Japan. And I have absolutely no luck with Osaka. It«s all skyscrapers, and everything around is winking, shouting at you, very crowded», shares Natalya.
For a week-long vacation in Japan, the couple spent 200,000 rubles (approximately $2,000 at current rates) on flights, another 70,000 rubles (approximately $700) on hotels, and 88,000 rubles (approximately $880) on transport, food, and souvenirs.
