In the popular show “Titans”, Victoria Furmanova from Nizhnevartovsk overcomes difficult challenges one after another testing strength, endurance, and agility. And this is not surprising: the girl has more than 10 years of sports behind her. Victoria is a Russian curling champion.
The girl joined a sports section when her family moved to Sochi in 2014, right after the Olympics. But Victoria still remembers Nizhnevartovsk, “Samoltorskie Nochi” (a local festival), and the school on Komsomolsky Boulevard.
The athlete recalls that she did not want to go into curling at all. And then she thought about quitting many times. But now she is a fan of her work: Victoria is even upset that in “Titans” she is given little airtime, because the girl went there to show curling in all its beauty and strength.
