The flight to Volgograd, scheduled for 17:40, was delayed due to technical problems.

One passenger on a NordStar airline flight to Volgograd reported that they have been waiting for takeoff on board the aircraft for over 40 minutes. A flight attendant informed passengers that the departure is delayed due to a failure in the airport«s systems, but the exact departure time is not specified.
Airport representatives confirmed that the problem is caused not by an internal failure, but by malfunctions in external systems. Because of this, booking information is not automatically loading to the check-in counters.
To resolve the situation, staff have switched the process to alternative systems, and in some cases are checking people in manually, which takes more time. In the check-in halls, airline representatives are also working with passengers.
The airline Ural Airlines announced temporary restrictions on passenger and baggage check-in, as well as on a number of other services.
Official sources at the airport recommend that passengers track the status of their flights and follow messages from carriers.
