Blogger and traveler Artem Ryndevich recorded a one-minute video about the Arkhangelsk region. He named the places he considers the most amazing and definitely worth visiting for Russians.

Artem said he began studying the Pomorye region and listed the tourist destinations worth traveling to.

«First, there»s Kenozersky National Park, an absolutely incredible place in terms of landscape with very beautiful scenic izbas (traditional wooden houses). This landscape is in no way inferior to Finland or Sweden. There you«ll find the most beautiful Russian backcountry—the village of Kimzha. Kiltsa with beautiful wooden churches. Also on the shore of the White Sea is the Onega Pomorye National Park—an unusual and beautiful landscape, a place also worth a trip. And, of course, from Arkhangelsk you can fly by small aircraft to Solovki (the Solovetsky Islands).»

By the way, the Arkhangelsk region was among the top ten most interesting regions in Russia for travel. In 2025, Pomorye ranked 7th in the tourism attractiveness index. Also, three projects in this field were among the winners of the Russian Traveler Awards 2025. The SolFest festival from Solvychegodsk represented the region in a new category of the Fontanka.ru — Recognition and Influence award.
