On January 21, snow will fall again in Primorye. Precipitation will be light, but roads will remain covered with packed snow and ice, and a strong wind will blow on the coast. In Vladivostok, the situation will be slightly easier, with almost no precipitation, but drivers should remain cautious: ice and packed snow will not disappear from the roads, and a strong north wind will blow. In Ussuriysk, there will be no precipitation at all, but variable cloudiness is forecast. Packed snow and ice will cover roads only in places, and a moderate north and northwest wind is expected. Nighttime temperatures will be -27 to -25 °C (-17 to -13 °F), but during the day it will rise to -14 to -12 °C (7 to 10 °F).

The warmest will be in Nakhodka, in the south of Primorye. Here, nighttime temperatures will be -18 to -20 °C (0 to -4 °F), and during the day only -12 to -10 °C (10 to 14 °F), but the air may feel colder due to the northwest wind, which will range from moderate to strong. Roads will remain icy and covered with packed snow, but there will be no precipitation.
