According to the forecast from the Rostov Hydrometeorological Center, warming will continue in Rostov Oblast on January 30. After recent frosts, daytime temperatures are expected to rise above freezing.

In Rostov-on-Don, significant precipitation is not expected. In the morning hours, icy conditions are likely on roads. Wind speed will be 6-11 meters per second, with gusts up to 14 m/s during the daytime. Air temperature during the day will reach +1–+3°C (34–37°F), at night dropping to -1–+1°C (30–34°F).

In some areas of the oblast, light rain is possible. In the morning, fog, frost, and ice are forecast in places. The wind will blow at a speed of 6-11 m/s, with gusts up to 14 m/s. Daytime temperature is expected in the range of -1 to +4°C (30–39°F), nighttime from -2 to +3°C (28–37°F).
