Warmer Winter Temperatures Forecast for Kuzbass
In some parts of the region, temperatures will drop to only -14°C (7°F)
Meteorologists expect that it will become even warmer in Kuzbass. On Tuesday, January 27, weather services report that as early as tomorrow, the temperature will reach a comfortable winter -14°C (7°F).
According to the Gismeteo forecast, in Novokuznetsk tomorrow morning, -16°C (3°F) is expected, warming up to -14°C (7°F) by lunchtime. However, on Thursday night, it will drop to -20°C (-4°F). Wind 1–2 m/s. Cloudy, but no precipitation.
In Kemerovo, it is somewhat colder: on the morning of January 28, down to -25°C (-13°F), during the day the thermometers will rise to -19°C (-2°F). Wind 1 m/s. The sky will remain overcast, but no snowfall is expected.
The Yandex Pogoda forecast is colder: in Novokuznetsk, -18°C (0°F) in the morning, -15°C (5°F) in the afternoon. By night, it will freeze to -21°C (-6°F). In Kemerovo, -23°C (-9°F) in the morning, -19°C (-2°F) in the afternoon, in the evening — again 23 degrees below zero (-23°C or -9°F).
According to its own weather service NGS42.RU, in Kemerovo tonight -22°C (-8°F), in the morning even colder — -25°C (-13°F), in the afternoon and evening -21 to -22°C (-6 to -8°F). In Novokuznetsk, -18°C (0°F) at night, -20°C (-4°F) in the morning, warming up to -16°C (3°F) in the afternoon, -19°C (-2°F) in the evening.
