Tomsk to see warming with temperatures rising to -5°C

The next day in Tomsk will again be partly cloudy with no precipitation. Daytime air temperature up to -21°C (-6°F), nighttime up to -29°C (-20°F). Calm conditions are expected in the city.

Thursday, January 29, will bring Tomsk residents snow. Daytime temperatures up to -15°C (5°F), nighttime up to -25°C (-13°F). A weak southerly wind.
