Novosibirsk residents are dissatisfied with snow removal on the city«s roads and sidewalks. According to locals, streets remain captive to snowdrifts for weeks. NGS has collected complaints and found out when the authorities are responsible and when management companies should handle the situation.

The outrage of Novosibirsk residents over the condition of streets in winter can be seen on social media: they left dozens of comments under an NGS post asking to share photos of problem areas. Maxim Kudryavtsev spoke about the abnormal amount of snow. According to him, in the first ten days of January, precipitation was 150% above the norm.

Earlier it was reported that residents of the Oktyabrsky District of Novosibirsk can hardly drive along Obskaya Street because of snow. According to one resident, locals have to stand in traffic jams every day and collect money for cleaning on their own.
