According to forecasters from the Northern Department of the Hydrometeorological Center (North UHMS), the region will be cloudy with clear spells. Light to moderate snow is expected in places. Wind from the west at 2-7 m/s.
Daytime temperatures will range from -10°C to -15°C (14°F to 5°F).
By the middle of the week, according to forecasters, the frosts will intensify.
