The New Year mood in Samara will linger for a few more days. But very soon, the regional capital will begin dismantling thematic decorations.

Representatives of the Agency for Road Maintenance (ASADO) are looking for contractors to carry out this work. The tender was published on the public procurement portal.

It is known that New Year decorations will have to be dismantled on two major highways. First, on Novosadovaya Street (on the section from Polevaya to Kirov Avenue). Second, on Krasnoglinskoye Highway (from the bridge over the Sok River to Volzhskoye Highway).

According to the most modest estimates, nearly 2,000 decorative elements were installed on these sections. They must be removed by March 20, 2026. Preliminary estimates value the contractor«s work at 3.9 million rubles (approximately $43,300 at current rates).

Local authorities addressed the thematic decoration of Samara with significant delay. Many residents feared that the regional capital would be left without festive illumination. But a few days before New Year, officials reported on the installation of light structures.
