Rostov Weather Forecast: Warming on January 20

In the Rostov region, temperatures will rise on January 20, although positive temperatures are still some way off, according to the hydrometeorological bulletin from the Rostov Hydrometeorological Center.

Meteorologists forecast that in Rostov on January 20, it will be cloudy with clearings and mostly without precipitation. The wind will be northern and north-western, blowing at 5–10 meters per second.

Daytime temperatures will range from −5 to −7°C (23 to 19°F), noticeably warmer than on January 19. Nighttime temperatures will be −11 to −13°C (12 to 9°F).

In the rest of the Rostov region, it will also be cloudy with clearings. Light snow is expected in some areas during the day, with frost in certain districts. The wind will be northern and north-western at 5–10 meters per second.

On January 20, the region will «warm up,» with temperatures from −5 to −10°C (23 to 14°F) during the day and −8 to −13°C (18 to 9°F) at night.

Black ice will persist on roads across the entire Rostov region.
