Rostov«s municipal services are deploying snow removal equipment ahead of the forecasted blizzard.

A blizzard is approaching Rostov, and utility services have already started preparing to combat the snow. This was reported by the city head Alexander Skryabin.
Road services plan to first treat the most dangerous areas with reagents: bridges, overpasses, descents and ascents. Then a full cleanup of city streets will be conducted.
«It is planned to deploy 122 units of equipment, including 61 combined road machines, and up to 450 street sweepers,» Skryabin wrote in his Telegram channel.
In case of intensified snowfall, additional equipment will be deployed on the roads. Management companies and homeowners associations are required to organize cleaning of the areas in front of the houses assigned to them.
