A high-pressure system over Primorye will bring mostly dry weather. Forecasters from Primhydromet warn that roads may have patches of snow and ice.

The wind will be moderate from the northwest, strengthening to strong on the eastern coast. Daytime temperatures will range from -11 to -16°C (12 to 3°F), with warmer conditions on the coast at -5 to -10°C (23 to 14°F).

In Vladivostok, there will be slight cloud cover with no precipitation. Patches of ice are expected on the roads. The wind will be moderate to strong from the northwest, becoming strong in the morning and afternoon. Temperatures start at -17°C (1°F) in the morning, rise to -12 to -14°C (10 to 7°F) during the day, and fall back to -14°C (7°F) by evening. It will feel like -20 to -14°C (-4 to 7°F).

In Ussuriysk, expect slight cloud cover with no precipitation. Roads may have patches of ice. The wind will be moderate from the north and northwest. Morning temperatures will be around -23°C (-9°F), rising to -12 to -14°C (10 to 7°F) during the day, and it will feel similar to the actual temperature.

In Nakhodka, there will be slight cloud cover and no precipitation. Patches of ice are possible on the roads. The wind will be moderate to strong from the north and northwest. Morning temperatures range from -16 to -18°C (3 to 0°F), with daytime temperatures at -8 to -11°C (18 to 12°F). It will feel 2-3 degrees Celsius colder.
