In the Rostov region on January 22, the warming trend that began in previous days will continue, according to the hydrometeorological bulletin from the Rostov Hydrometeorological Center.
According to the forecast, in Rostov on January 22, it will be cloudy with clear spells, mostly without precipitation. In the morning, fog is expected, with hoarfrost during the day. The wind will blow from the west and northwest, shifting to northeast and east, with speeds of 6–11 meters per second.
The air temperature during the day will range from -1 to -3°C (30 to 27°F), meaning it will be a few degrees warmer than the day before. At night, temperatures will drop to -5 to -7°C (23 to 19°F).
In the rest of the Rostov region on January 22, conditions will be cloudy with clear spells and no precipitation during the day. The wind will be from the west and northwest, shifting to northeast and east at 6–11 meters per second.
During the day across the region, thermometers will show temperatures from -3 to -8°C (27 to 18°F), with the south of the Rostov region reaching up to 0°C (32°F). At night, the air temperature will be -5 to -10°C (23 to 14°F), and with clear spells, it could drop to -15°C (5°F).
Across the entire region, icy conditions will persist on the roads.
