An abnormal frost has struck Tyumen, causing dozens of cars to fail to start and canceling school lessons. Recall that in the morning, the city hall decided to cancel in-person classes for younger and middle grades who study in the first shift. But if children could afford not to leave the confines of their warm beds, adult Tyumen residents, despite the harsh weather, went about their business.
