Frost turns to snow in Sverdlovsk Oblast; Yekaterinburg affected

Snowfall is expected to start in Yekaterinburg from Wednesday, January 28, following a period of frost.
After the biting frosts, warm weather will finally arrive in Sverdlovsk Oblast. The region will also be hit by snowfalls.
«The influence of the anticyclone on the weather in Sverdlovsk Oblast is coming to an end. It will end with the passage of a cold front, which by midday on January 27 will reach the region«s borders. Closer to evening, precipitation on the front is expected in the northern and western districts of the oblast,» wrote Alexey Pulín, author of the Telegram channel «Weather in Yekaterinburg».
He added that on January 27, Yekaterinburg will have snow-free weather: during the day it will be cloudy, and in the evening overcast. The air temperature will be -13…-11°C (9…12°F). In the following days, snow will fall. Here is the weather we can expect:
January 28 (Wed.): at night -14°C (7°F), during the day -10°C (14°F), snow;
January 29 (Thu.): at night -11°C (12°F), during the day -7°C (19°F), snow;
January 30 (Fri.): at night -8°C (18°F), during the day -5°C (23°F), snow;
January 31 (Sat.): at night -10°C (14°F), during the day -8°C (18°F), snow;
February 1 (Sun.): at night -20°C (-4°F), during the day -16°C (3°F), cloudy;
February 2 (Mon.): at night -19°C (-2°F), during the day -14°C (7°F), snow;
February 3 (Tue.): at night -19°C (-2°F), during the day -15°C (5°F), snow.
