Forecasters promise steady frosty weather with a moderate easterly wind. The strongest frosts, down to -24°C (-11°F), are expected on Sunday night in the northeastern districts of the region. Voronezh will become a kind of «calm spot»—no precipitation is expected here, although the temperature will stay at -12… -19°C (10… -2°F).
