February in Krasnoyarsk to Stay Cold with Little Sun

According to Gismeteo«s forecast, the last winter month in Krasnoyarsk will start at 0°C (32°F), then cool down to -16… -18°C (3…0°F), with snow expected closer to mid-February. Temperatures during this period will range from -13°C (9°F) to 17°C (63°F).
Sunny, clear weather is only expected from February 14 to 19; otherwise, cloudy conditions will dominate. After that, temperatures will drop to -10°C (14°F), but it will be snowy.
