On the night into Sunday and in the morning hours, frost is expected in some parts of Ryazan Oblast with minimum air temperatures of -30°C (-22°F).
The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) has called on Ryazan residents to limit their time outdoors if possible.
“If you become a participant or witness of a tragedy, to call firefighters and rescuers, dial 01 for landline, 101 for mobile, and the unified emergency number 112,” rescuers reminded.
The unified “hotline” of the regional EMERCOM department is 8 (4912) 20-24-90.
