Emergency Warning: MChS Warns of Adverse Weather in Ryazan Region

Until the end of the day on January 20, all night, and also in the first half of January 21, in some places in the Ryazan region, black ice, frost, fog with visibility of 500-800 m will persist, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) reported.
Ryazan residents were urged to follow simple safety rules — not to stand under advertising structures, near house roofs, power lines, and trees. If possible, limit time spent outdoors.
And in case of power outages in the evening, keep an electric torch ready, and do not use open fire for lighting.
