On Tuesday, January 20, temperatures in the Arkhangelsk Oblast are expected to range from -4 to -9°C (25 to 16°F), dropping to -14°C (7°F) in some areas. This forecast comes from meteorologists at the Northern UGMS.

The region will be cloudy with clear spells. Light to moderate snow is expected in places. Winds will be from the eastern quadrant at 1-6 m/s.

Recall that in early January, residents of an apartment building in Arkhangelsk were left without hot water and heating during freezing temperatures.
