Meteorologists reported the coldest temperatures in Tuma and Ryazan as frosts intensified across the region.

An emergency warning remains in effect in Ryazan Region due to 30-degree frosts. The editorial staff of YA62.RU, with the help of the Hydrometeorological Center, found out which districts in the region recorded the lowest temperatures on the morning of January 25.
Here is the temperature recorded at 9 a.m. in Ryazan Region:
Ryazan — minus 27.6°C (-18°F).
Yelatma — minus 25°C (-13°F).
Ryazhsk — minus 24.3°C (-12°F).
Pavelets — minus 22.9°C (-9°F).
Sasovo — minus 22.6°C (-9°F).
The frostiest morning was in the settlement of Tuma. Meteorologists recorded a temperature of minus 29.6°C (-21°F) there.
