In Yaroslavl, driving on Moscow Avenue in training cars is now prohibited. The Department of City Infrastructure«s order »On Measures to Ensure Safety During Training Drives« was signed on January 26, 2026.

According to the document, the section from Bogoyavlenskaya Square to Kalinina Street is completely excluded from training drive routes. That is, training cars cannot enter Moscow Avenue.

Essentially, this is an amendment to an order that was published earlier. The document from December 29, 2025, stated a ban on conducting driving license exams on the specified section. Now, authorities have expanded the restrictions.

«To recommend that the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Yaroslavl Oblast organize control over the movement of training vehicles in the city. To bring this order to the attention of organizations involved in driver training,» it says in the previous version of the order.
