Transport cards now free to top up through bank apps

Transport cards can now be topped up in the SberBank Online and T-Karta applications, as well as in the personal account on the t-karta.ru website. In addition, top-ups are available through SberBank ATMs. This was announced by the Minister of Transport of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Dmitry Zotin.
«This is more profitable due to the absence of a commission fee for the service, unlike previous top-up methods. There is no longer a need to stand in queues or adjust to the working hours of top-up points. Operations can be performed at any time and in any place», noted the transport minister.
Also, according to him, city residents will now be able to check the balance of trips on their transport or social card in the personal account on the t-karta.ru website or in the mobile application «T-Karta».
Recall that in the State Passenger Company «Krasnoyarskavtotrans» additional working days have been introduced for the transport card testing point. Now this can be done on Saturday, January 24. On weekdays, testing points, including those at Ul. Ustinovicha, 5 and Ul. Novosibirskaya, 64, are operating as usual. Current addresses and working hours of testing points in Krasnoyarsk Krai can be found on the website of the State Passenger Company «Krasnoyarskavtotrans».
Earlier we reported that Krasnoyarsk turned out to be the city with the most expensive public transport ride. This conclusion was reached by our colleagues from NGS55.RU. In Omsk, from January 1, 2026, public transport fares have increased once again. Instead of 38 rubles by card (approximately $0 at current rates), one ride under regulated tariffs now costs 40 rubles (approximately $1 at current rates), for cash — 47 rubles (approximately $1 at current rates) (instead of 45). This is the second fare increase this year — previously prices were indexed from July 1, 2025 (then they increased by 3–5 rubles).
