A parking violation raid was conducted in the center of Sochi, with checks on the busiest streets—Vorovsky, Roz, Karl Liebknecht, Nagornaya, and Konstitutsi. An interdepartmental group identified 30 vehicles parked in violation.

«During the raid, one of the key areas of work was monitoring parking in spots intended for people with disabilities,» said Sochi Deputy Head Vyacheslav Bauer. «Some car owners occupy these special areas without legal grounds, creating serious inconveniences for those who truly need them. We suppress such violations first and foremost. As a result of today»s event, seven cars were evacuated specifically from these designated spots.«

Vehicles registered in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons have the right to park in disabled spots. The location of paid municipal parking spaces can be found on the website. Similar raids aimed at ensuring order in the parking sector are conducted in all districts of the city on a regular basis.
