In Novosibirsk, passengers are falling when exiting buses at a stop on Tatyana Snezhina Street due to black ice. A reader reported this to NGS. Footage from the scene shows people unable to stay on their feet due to the slippery surface. Rats also inhabit a waste bin located at the stop.

A second problem at the stop involves a colony of rats living in a bin.

«It»s frightening to let my child go to training. We«ve contacted the administration, the dispatch office, and filed a report on the »Gosuslugi« portal. People are literally sliding under the bus,» a local woman complained.

According to the source, the ice was promised to be cleared on the night of January 20, but today the stop remains slippery.

NGS has sent an inquiry to the Novosibirsk mayor«s office asking them to comment on the situation.
