The airline Aeroflot has ceased operating non-stop flights between Apatity and Kaliningrad. The decision took effect on January 12, 2026.
As explained by the company, the route proved economically inefficient: passenger demand was insufficient, and aircraft load was too low. This information was confirmed by the regional Ministry of Transport.
However, transport accessibility between Murmansk Region and Kaliningrad Region remains. Direct flights connecting Kaliningrad with Murmansk continue to operate as usual.
Recall that starting January 21, a new route No. 241E from Murmansk to Teriberka is being launched.
