The fare on several minibus routes in Chita will increase to 50 rubles (about $1) during February. The city administration informed a correspondent from Chita.Ru about this on 21 January.
As of today, the entrepreneurs servicing routes № 2, 26, 27, 47, and 77 have submitted a notification to the administration stating they are raising the fare to 50 rubles.
The effective dates for the new fare vary by route, but in general, the cost of travel on them will go up during February.
The fare on these routes was last increased a year ago — in January 2025. At that time, it rose from 40 rubles to 45.
