Chita-Moscow train delayed due to railway issues in Buryatia

Several trains, including the Chita–Moscow service, have fallen behind schedule on the East Siberian Railway. This was reported on January 20 in the Telegram channel of the East Siberian Railway.
Specifically, due to technical reasons on the Ulan-Ude–Mysovaya section in the Republic of Buryatia, passenger train No. 69 on the Chita–Moscow route is delayed. The delay time is 2 hours and 44 minutes.
Also, on the Zima–Nizhneudinsk section in Irkutsk Oblast, passenger train No. 1 on the Moscow–Vladivostok route is delayed (plus 1 hour and 58 minutes).
“A comfortable temperature is maintained in the carriages of the delayed trains. The East Siberian Railway apologizes to passengers and is taking necessary measures to reduce the lag and bring the trains back on schedule,” the statement says.
