Tyumen Doctor Shows Plastic Surgery Before-and-After Transformations
Mostly, women after childbirth are dissatisfied with themselves, but men also seek surgical help.
While Moscow girls save hundreds of thousands of rubles (approximately $1,100–$2,200 at current rates) for a «fox-eye look» and upturned, doll-like noses, women in Tyumen spend their savings on entirely different plastic surgeries. We spoke with one popular surgeon who not only discussed the most common client requests but also showed the results of his work.
It turns out that most often, people go to clinics to correct the shape of their breasts or abdomen after childbirth.
“In Tyumen, facial plastic surgery and comprehensive body operations after childbirth are most common. Women have already gone through the stage of cosmetology, injections, and devices. At some point, they realize that this no longer works. Not because it was done poorly, but because there are limits to what cosmetology can achieve. And then the surgical approach comes in — to tighten contours, remove ptosis, «bags under the eyes»,” shares Yevgeny Oleynik, general director of the LAPLAS clinic and a plastic surgeon. — “It«s also worth mentioning male facial plastic surgery. It is in demand as well. The main principle here is to preserve masculinity and natural features.”
Men also cannot always solve their problems with the gym or cosmetologists, so they go under the surgeon«s knife.
Man with «Female» Breasts

“A young man — 29 years old. He came with the problem of enlarged breasts — it interfered in daily life: it was difficult to choose clothes, he felt embarrassed at the beach, in the gym, in company,” the plastic surgeon tells 72.RU journalist.
As a result, the man underwent surgery under anesthesia, and 95% of his breast tissue was removed.
“The man«s quality of life changed dramatically for the better. We eliminated true gynecomastia, while keeping the nipple and areola fully preserved, without loss of sensitivity or necrosis. We removed excess skin and moved the nipple-areolar complex to a higher position. It turned out masculine,” the doctor says.
But there was also a reverse case in the surgeon«s practice, where a man, on the contrary, asked to increase his breast size. The surgery was denied to him.

The next case is no less interesting.
“The patient is 41 years old. The reason for seeking help was an excessively large breast size — 12, which hindered her in daily life. It was difficult to find underwear, straps pressed and left marks on the skin, causing chafing and back pain. Also, the patient was dissatisfied with the shape of her breasts,” the doctor says.
The woman underwent reduction mastopexy (in other words, a breast lift with volume reduction).
“From size 12 breasts — we achieved size 5. At the same time, we wanted to reduce it even more, but could have faced serious complications in the future. In such a voluminous operation, the sensitivity of the areolas and nipples is fully preserved. This is very important,” the doctor says.
Life became significantly easier for the woman: the pain disappeared, and choosing underwear and clothes finally brought joy.
Large Abdomen That Couldn«t Be Fixed with Exercise
After three pregnancies, a woman«s abdomen lost its tone, unaffected by exercise.
Another common problem for women is a sagging abdomen after childbirth. And no matter how hard clients try to correct figure imperfections with exercise, the result was not satisfying. Just like this woman in the photo.
“This patient is 37 years old. She came with complaints about a massive abdomen that hindered her in daily life. Gyms and diets were ineffective. The woman had a cesarean section in the past, and after childbirth, the anterior abdominal wall lost its former shape and increased in size,” Yevgeny says.
The woman underwent a comprehensive operation, which included: abdominoplasty with diastasis repair, umbilicus relocation, and ultrasonic liposuction.
Less than six months later, the Tyumen woman saw the result: her abdomen became toned, and her figure looked more slender. Now this patient admits to the doctor that life has become easier for her, to exercise, and to go shopping.
Constantly Tired Look
The second photo shows a woman«s refreshed appearance eight months after blepharoplasty.
Another popular procedure is blepharoplasty. Women who want to visually rejuvenate in 40 minutes ask surgeons to remove bags under their eyes.
“This patient is 52 years old. Bags under the eyes and excess skin on the lower eyelids hindered her in daily life for a long time: her face looked constantly tired, people around often asked how she was feeling. Even with good health, her appearance gave away fatigue,” the doctor says.
The woman underwent laser lower blepharoplasty — excess skin was removed, and herniated fat pads were carefully redistributed to preserve the natural contour. Laser technology allowed the incision under the lash line to be maximally delicate, and the scar — almost invisible.
“The duration of such an operation is only 40 minutes. Traces of the intervention are practically invisible even upon close inspection. The patient notes that she stopped hearing the phrase «Are you tired?» and now looks younger than her age,” he says.
Judging by the photo, the woman indeed refreshed her look.
