Margarita Masharova is 61 years old. She proudly says that she raised two children and now has six grandchildren growing up. Despite being a grandmother, she doesn«t feel like a retiree and leads a full life.

«I want to live to 100 years old. For that, I exercise and maintain my diet. Every morning, I do 15–20 minutes of calisthenics. I haven»t consumed alcohol for 10 years,« Margarita said about her daily life.

To maintain her beauty, Margarita also regularly takes vitamins and does home care, but that«s it. She gave up beauty injections 8 years ago and has never regretted it.

«I got my first injection at 48 years old. For five years, I did Botox and revitalization. When I started exercising, I realized that I don»t need these beauty injections. They dissolve very quickly,« Masharova explained.

No matter how late Milyaeva goes to bed, she wakes up early and does a series of rituals that help her not age.
«For the last three years, my husband brings me warm water with lemon at half past six. Then comes Tibetan exercises and prayer. I pray: »Lord, let me live to 90 on my own feet and with my memory intact,« Milyaeva revealed all her cards.

Elena Ivanova«s motivation to live as long as possible appeared after 40, when she gave birth to a child with developmental differences.

Ivanova doesn«t follow strict diets or restrict her eating. She monitors the calorie content of her diet and maintains a balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
