«I don»t need beauty injections«

Margarita Masharova is 61 years old. She proudly says she raised two children and now has six grandchildren. However, in her grandmother status, she doesn«t feel like a pensioner and leads a busy life.

— I want to live to 100 years old. For that, I exercise and maintain my diet. Every morning, I do 15–20 minutes of exercise. I haven«t consumed alcohol for 10 years, — Margarita said about her daily life.

To maintain her beauty, Margarita also regularly takes vitamins and does home care, but that«s all. She gave up beauty injections 8 years ago and has never regretted it.

— I got my first injection at 48 years old. For five years, I did Botox and revitalization. When I started exercising, I realized I didn«t need these beauty injections. They dissolve very quickly, — Masharova explained.
Margarita also admitted that 10 years ago, she went under the surgeon«s knife to have eyelid surgery and remove excess sagging skin. In recent years, Margarita only maintains her beauty on her own and talks about it in her own blog.

In Taranskaya«s opinion, one of the pillars of youth and beauty is sport. However, Tatyana is categorically against facial gymnastics, which is supposed to train muscles and keep them toned. In her view, it only stretches the skin, which further reveals age.
In recent years, the blogger has adhered to her own gymnastics, which she developed based on experience.

Emma Milyaeva«s videos have millions of views. What she captivates with most is her cheerfulness and spontaneity. The blogger is almost 70 years old, but she doesn»t feel that age.
— I feel like the youngest in this studio, — Emma flew into the program, elated.
Milyaeva was born in the North, but always dreamed of meeting old age by the sea, embracing her beloved husband. And so it happened; she met her chosen one, who is 10 years younger than her, and moved to live in Anapa.
— You just have to dream, — Emma insists.
Milyaeva has three children and three grandchildren. She isn«t used to limiting herself and honestly admits that if she wants to walk along the seashore with a friend and eat salted fish, she does it and regrets nothing. A strict daily routine and early bedtime are not for her.

No matter how late Milyaeva goes to bed, she gets up early and does a series of rituals that help her not age.
— For the last three years, my husband brings me warm water with lemon at half past six. Then comes Tibetan exercise and prayer. I pray: «Lord, let me live to 90 years old on my own feet and with my memory intact,» — Milyaeva laid all her cards on the table.
«I realized I need to live»
Yelena Ivanova«s motivation to live as long as possible appeared after 40 years, when she gave birth to a child with developmental特殊性.
