What won«t people do in pursuit of youth and a long life. Some are constantly in the surgeon»s office, others stuff themselves with miracle pills after watching «Substance» (18+). But to look decades younger than your age, it«s not necessary to take radical measures, and the heroines of the new show »Let Them Talk« (16+) tried to prove this by their own example.

“I had my first injection at 48 years old. For five years, I did Botox and revitalization. When I started exercising, I realized that I don’t need these beauty injections. They dissolve very quickly,” explained Masharova.

“The Older I Get, the Younger the Men Who Approach Me”

Besides Margarita, a similar blog on how to look 30 at 60 is run by Muscovite Tatyana Taranskaya. The woman is 67 years old, and she boasts that she is used to the attention of 20-year-old men who mistake her for a contemporary.

“When 40-year-olds approach, I’m used to it. But the older I get, the younger the crowd that comes,” Tatyana shares with a smile.

According to Taranskaya, she completely rejects plastic surgery and is cautious about cosmetology after her face was disfigured.

“When fillers first appeared, they started injecting them into my nasolabial folds. This led to a hernia forming after a couple of years. I searched for a long time for a doctor who could deal with them,” Tatyana admitted in the show’s studio.

In Taranskaya’s opinion, one of the pillars of youth and beauty is sports. However, Tatyana is categorically against facial gymnastics, which is supposed to train muscles and keep them toned. In her view, it only stretches the skin, which further reveals age.

In recent years, the blogger has adhered to her own gymnastics, which she developed based on experience.

“I Go to Discos With My Grandchildren”

Emma Milyaeva’s videos have millions of views. The main thing that wins people over is her cheerfulness and spontaneity. The blogger is almost 70 years old, but she doesn’t feel that age.

“I feel like the youngest in this studio,” Emma flew into the program, exhilarated.

Milyaeva was born in the North, but always dreamed of meeting old age on the seashore arm in arm with her beloved husband. And so it happened, she met her chosen one, who is 10 years younger than her, and moved to live in Anapa.

“You just have to dream,” Emma insists.

Milyaeva has three children and three grandchildren. She is not used to limiting herself and honestly admits that if she wants to walk along the seashore with a friend and eat salted fish, she does it and regrets nothing. A strict daily routine and early bedtime are not for her.

“I go to discos with my grandchildren and I love it very much. They invite me themselves, can you imagine? Since I live in Anapa, you can get lost among the vacationers and even go without grandchildren,” Emma said.

No matter what time Milyaeva goes to bed, she gets up early and performs a series of rituals that help her not age.

“For the last three years, my husband brings me warm water with lemon at half past six. Then comes Tibetan exercise and prayer. I pray: ‘Lord, let me live to 90 on my own feet and in my own memory,’” Milyaeva revealed all her secrets.

“I Realized That I Need to Live”

Elena Ivanova’s motivation to live as long as possible appeared after 40, when she gave birth to a child with a developmental disability.

“I was always chubby, didn’t befriend sports. At 42, I gave birth to a child with Down syndrome and gained even more weight. I realized that I need to live and be athletic. I am needed by the child,” Elena shared.

From that moment, the gym became her second home. Now Elena is 63 years old, she exercises four times a week. Her training is not limited to ordinary warm-up or calisthenics. Elena lifts weights for 2 hours a day and thanks to this, she stays in excellent shape.

Ivanova does not adhere to strict diets and does not restrict herself in nutrition. She monitors the calorie content of her diet and maintains a balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
