Dinara Salakhova Vies for Mrs. World Title in Las Vegas
Dinara traveled to the United States to represent Russia in the Mrs. World pageant.
The mercury in Las Vegas thermometers is set to rise to unprecedented heights for January in the coming days. After all, the top beauties from around the world have gathered here. Their only downside is that they are all married. This is the main rule of the beauty contest «Mrs. World 2026».
One of the contenders for the prestigious international title flew to Sin City directly from Kazan, the Russian capital known for echpochmaks (Tatar meat pies). Athlete, model, and simply a beauty from Kazan, Dinara Salakhova, has already won crowns from a couple of prestigious beauty contests for her collection. Can she repeat her success at a higher level?
Dinara is 35 years old, and in recent years she has been actively and successfully participating in beauty contests. It all started with wins in regional «Fitness Bikini» championships, after which the woman realized that a crown suited her, and she went all out.
After captivating the judges of Tatarstan«s »Fitness Bikini« contests, the jury of the »Mrs. Russia World« contest was won over. This victory opened the way for her to the European stage. At the »Mrs. Europe« contest, Salakhova easily and gracefully outshone 25 competitors and took the coveted crown.
Now, in her immediate plans, Dinara aims to win the title of the world«s most beautiful woman. It is for this that she has come to Las Vegas.
Dinara is bringing 19 suitcases with her, each containing outfits for daily events and the final.
Currently, Dinara is raising two sons, aged 12 and 5, and owns a sportswear brand.
«The Mrs. World contest is not just another stage, it»s a large-scale event, and it motivates me to win even more,« Dinara noted. »Obtaining a visa to the USA was not a problem, and upon arrival in Las Vegas, we encountered only pleasant moments. The atmosphere among the participants is incredibly friendly, and already tomorrow we have photoshoots and registration events.«
Inspired by her success in beauty contests, Salakhova launched the international project «Mrs BRICS,» the first final of which will take place in Kazan on March 8.
The Mrs. World contest has been held since 1984, and during this time, Russian women have won only twice: in 2006 and 2009. Among the most difficult stages of the contest is the interview with the jury, where participants must not only talk about themselves but also answer provocative questions. Also, in the final, participants face a runway show in swimsuits, evening gowns, and national costumes.
