We decided to correct this injustice and show you who helps you maintain your health, positive mood, and sometimes even your life. We introduce you to seven wonderful women who work in clinics, hospitals, and medical centers in Tyumen.

Anastasia Abramova, Obstetrician-Gynecologist

This young woman in the photo is Tyumen doctor Maria Abramova. Now she sees patients in a private clinic, working as an obstetrician-gynecologist. The doctor actively maintains social media, where she talks about work, health, and personal life.

Dr. Abramova advocates for scientific methods and evidence-based medicine, and loves her profession with a fierce passion. Here is what she wrote about choosing her profession in one of her posts.

«At the beginning of my residency, I was sure I had made a mistake in my choice and lived in a dream world for all six years. What kept me going was only the targeted training and a big debt. But how wrong I was! The best decision was to enter the residency in »Obstetrics and Gynecology«,» says Anastasia.

Maria Anisimova, Pediatrician

Maria Anisimova went to work as a pediatrician in Nizhnyaya Tavda after university. Now she is a doctor at Regional Hospital No. 15. The woman admitted that the idea of helping people was born during a difficult period when she herself was seriously ill. The doctors who surrounded her at that time inspired her to take the same path.

«Colleagues welcomed me very warmly, always ready to offer support and advice,» shared Maria about the details of her work with the regional health department.

Maria«s district has over a thousand young children. Her responsibility zone includes not only residents of Nizhnetavdinsky but also young patients from five nearby villages and hamlets—the workload is significant.

Daria Malanina, Therapist

Daria graduated from Tyumen Medical University in 2017. Now she works at a polyclinic and has a private practice, gives online consultations, and also promotes her scientific-medical blog.

Daria Malanina specializes in anemia—a disease that affects many women. She believes she has a «black belt» in fighting this ailment. In her social media, you can find not only health advice but also detailed travel stories and cute photos with her son and husband.

Lidia Zinchenko, Resident Thoracic Surgeon

Lidia is a recent medical school graduate, studying in residency to become a thoracic surgeon. She is a participant in medical conferences. Judging by her social media, she already has real experience performing surgeries and works at OKB No. 1.

Besides her medical practice, Lidia also works as a fitness trainer at one of Tyumen«s clubs. On Telegram, she runs a separate page dedicated to sports achievements and healthy eating.

«From early childhood, I saw medicine and sports: close relatives are doctors and nurses, little me was a regular at sports clubs. In the eighth grade, human biology started, and from the first lesson, I understood that this is exactly what interests me. From that moment, the desire to become a doctor grew into a goal,» says the Tyumen native.

Anastasia Menshchikova, Pediatrician

This charming Tyumen woman is named Anastasia Menshchikova. She trained to be a doctor and moved to Uvat District to join the staff of local specialists. She moved to the village with her husband Fedor, an anesthesiologist-resuscitator.

Anastasia is sure that, regardless of the workplace, every doctor«s main task is to come to a child»s aid in time, provide caring attention and professional care.

Nadezhda Krikota, Therapist

Nadezhda is not only a doctor but also a mother of three children, and a medical blogger, like many other doctors in this selection. She sees patients in private clinics, has also worked in a municipal polyclinic, which, by the way, she wrote about in a column.
