In the pursuit of youth and longevity, people often resort to radical measures—plastic surgery or untested drugs. However, impressive results can be achieved through natural methods, as proven by the heroines of the program «Let Them Talk».

“I want to live to 100 years. For that, I exercise and maintain my diet. Every morning I do 15–20 minutes of exercises. I haven’t consumed alcohol for 10 years,” Margarita shared details of her routine.

To maintain her appearance, she takes vitamins and uses homemade cosmetics, but that’s all. She gave up injection procedures eight years ago and never regretted it.

“I had my first injection at 48 years old. For five years, I did botox and revitalization. When I started exercising, I realized that I don’t need these beauty injections. They dissolve very quickly,” explained Masharova.

The bloggers emphasize that a positive attitude is key to feeling young at any age.

Ten years ago, Margarita underwent eyelid surgery to remove excess skin. Now she maintains her beauty independently and shares her experience in a personal blog.

Viewers learn about natural anti-aging techniques that prioritize long-term health over quick fixes.

‘The older I get, the younger the men who approach me’

Another blog about preserving youth is run by 67-year-old Muscovite Tatyana Taranskaya. She claims that she often attracts the attention of twenty-year-old men who mistake her for a peer.

“When men in their forties approach me—I’m used to it. But the older I get, the younger the crowd that hits on me,” Tatyana said with a smile.

She completely rejects plastic surgery and is cautious about cosmetology after a bad experience.

“When fillers first appeared, they started injecting them into my nasolabial folds. This led to a hernia forming after a couple of years. I spent a long time looking for a doctor who could deal with them,” Taranskaya admitted in the show’s studio.

Tatyana considers sports one of the foundations of youth, but criticizes facial gymnastics, believing that it stretches the skin. Instead, she developed her own system of exercises.

‘I go to discos with my grandchildren’

Emma Milyaeva’s videos gather millions of views. Viewers are attracted by her cheerfulness and spontaneity. The blogger is almost 70 years old, but she doesn’t feel her age.

“I feel like the youngest in this studio,” Emma declared, appearing on the program.

Born in the North, she dreamed of meeting old age by the sea. The dream came true: she met a man ten years younger and moved to Anapa.

“You just have to dream,” Milyaeva insists.

She has three children and three grandchildren. Emma doesn’t restrict herself: if she wants to walk on the beach with a friend and eat salty fish—she does it without regrets. A strict daily regimen is not her story.

“I go to discos with my grandchildren and I really love it. They invite me themselves, can you imagine? Since I live in Anapa, I can blend in with the vacationers and even go without my grandchildren,” Emma shared.

Regardless of when she goes to sleep, she wakes up early and performs morning rituals that, according to her, help preserve youth.

“For the last three years, my husband brings me warm water with lemon at half past six. Then comes Tibetan exercises and prayer. I pray: ‘Lord, let me live to 90 on my own feet and with my memory intact,’” Milyaeva revealed her secrets.

‘I realized I need to live’

The motive to fight for longevity appeared in Elena Ivanova after 40 years, when she had a child with Down syndrome.

“I was always plump, not friends with sports. At 42, I gave birth to a child with Down syndrome and gained even more weight. I realized that I need to live and be athletic. I am needed by my child,” Elena shared.

From that moment, the gym became her second home. Now, at 63, she trains four times a week, with workouts including strength exercises with weights for two hours a day.

Ivanova doesn’t adhere to strict diets, but monitors the calorie content of her diet and the balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
