Maloletkov is a Russian specialist, a product of Rubin Kazan, and a native of Tatarstan, like Ildar Akhmetzyanov himself. As a player, his career was not particularly successful: he played for Olimpiyets, Neftekhimik, Mashuk, and Mordovia. As a goalkeeping coach, he worked with Rubin«s second and main teams.

Shortly before the Turkish training camp, another goalkeeping coach— Yevgeny Ponyatovsky (replacing Yuri Okroshidze)— joined Orenburg«s staff, but according to the club»s press service, he is forced to leave Orenburg due to urgent family circumstances.

Also, Orenburg was earlier left by club legend Ilshaat Aitkulov, who dedicated his entire professional career to Orenburg both as a player and a coach. This caused great dissatisfaction among fans.

In turn, joining Ildar Akhmetzyanov«s staff are assistant head coach Alexander Grishchenko (who worked in the same position at Vitebsk and Ulyanovsk Volga, and as head coach at Baltika-2, Baltika, and Veles, and is a classmate of Akhmetzyanov), as well as analyst coach Mukhamed Berberovich (who was previously part of Orenburg»s coaching staff under Vladimir Slishkovich— from 2024 to 2025).

As for Orenburg«s transfers, there is currently a lull in new moves (apart from the possible buyout of Ruslan Kul from Shinnik and the trial of Renat Golybin from KAMAZ): as reported by 56.RU, the team has been joined by Alexis Cantero, John Palacios, and Damian Puebla (plus on trial— Yevgeny Zamerets from KAMAZ, as well as Tigran Avanesyan from the same Tula Arsenal, Roman Eremenko did not make it to Turkey).

Departed— Georgy Zotov, Anri Chichinadze, Atsamaz Revazov, Ivan Ignatyev, Vladislav Kamilov, Timofey Martynov, Vladislav Davydov, Vyacheslav Korobov, Danil Antsiperov (the last three— from the «second team») plus with the second squad preparing for the season are those on whom Ildar Akhmetzyanov does not count— Nikolay Sysuev, Nikolay Koserik, and Stepan Oganesyan.
