Rotavirus Outbreak Postpones Rostov vs Torpedo-Gorky Hockey Match

The home game of HC Rostov against Nizhny Novgorod«s Torpedo-Gorky has been postponed. The cause is a rotavirus infection that has affected players and staff of the opposing team.
Torpedo-Gorky is the current champion of the Supreme Hockey League (VHL) and holds the title of Russian champion.
The VHL press service clarified that the illness has affected hockey players, coaches, and service staff of the Nizhny Novgorod club. Because of this, the match between Torpedo-Gorky and Tambov has also been postponed.
In a statement from HC Rostov, it was stated: «Previously purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled match date, which will be announced in the near future. Information on refunds will be published after the rescheduling date is determined.»
The new date for the meeting has not yet been set. Rostov«s next home game will take place on January 31 at the Sports Palace against Voskresensk»s Khimik.
